She has a talent for structural editing, and she has consistently provided thoughtful, in-depth feedback across multiple manuscripts. Her feedback on structural problems within the manuscripts was invaluable to the team’s decision-making process regarding which issues we should raise with the author at the light copyediting stage. Shanthi also performs her copyediting work to a very high standard and has a strong eye for detail.
